Night Owls

Night Owls- Evening Teacher Helpers

Ever wanted to assist our teachers but you were not able to volunteer during the day? If yes, then here is an opportunity for you. Night Owls is a program for you to assist teachers in the evening hours who have jobs to complete such as copying, organizing, cutting items, etc. Night Owls will be the first Thursday of each month. Fingerprints are not necessary for this volunteer opportunity.  Mrs. Klasing will be leading this program for Five Points Elementary. If interested in being a part of this team, please click here to sign up. Our next Night Owls date will be April 6.

5th Grade Parents-Springboro Intermediate PTO

Attention 5th Grade Parents – Class of 2024

Parents of fifth graders … we would like to invite you to be a part of the Springboro Intermediate PTO for the 2017-2018 school year.  We are currently winding down this year and invite you to join us for the last few meetings so you can see what we do.  This is a wonderful building with a wonderful staff.  We will need to fill all Board positions for next year, as well as start collecting lists of volunteers to help with activities throughout the year.

Remaining meetings for this year: 9:00 a.m. in SI conference room

  • Friday, April 7
  • Friday, May 5 (Board Position Elections)

The current board is more than happy to discuss anything you want to know about SI PTO.  We have had a full year planning socials, collecting box tops, helping with open houses, planning and running After School Clubs, honoring Mini Grant requests and working with the SI staff any way we are asked.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions at SI6PTO@gmail.com or com_perry@hotmail.com

Fall Fundraiser Results

Thank you!!

Thank you all for your support during the FAll Fundraiser, due to your efforts $16,000 we raised to go toward the thermo-coated steel picnic tables and receptacles soon to be ordered.  The Outdoor Classroom is in the final phases of completion!  This addition has been in the works for years and we are very excited to offer shade and place to sit for our students and staff.

Monster Walk Pledge Starts Sept.26th

walk-a-thon-imageWe are gearing up for this year’s MONSTER WALK event. This walk-a-thon occurs during recess and allows students to rock out their Halloween costume while earning funds for Five Points. Parents/guardians are invited to watch the event.   For a successful walk-a-thon, we will need many volunteers … if interested and have been fingerprinted (FBI/BCI), please contact Amber Nailler at anailler@gmail.com. Students will bring home an information packet on September 26CHECK IT OUT!
